This is my runner girl. She is growing up!
She came up to me this weekend and asked if she could start doing more chores. Really?!? What?!? She is seven years old and I know I should take advantage of her willingness to be of 'service' now... cuz in a few years all her enthusiasm will be GONE!
She wants to sweep the floor all the time... go right ahead.
She wants to learn how to fold all the clothes... go right ahead.
She wants to load the dishwasher... go right ahead.
So, I'm documenting this here and showing it to a disgruntled fourteen year old who is complaining about doing chores... in about seven years.
