Casa de Stanley...
2600 sq ft/ ONE LEVEL/ 4 bed/3 baths / nice back yard...
The three decorative "crosses" are on a lot of homes in the desert wasteland. They will not be residing on our home for long... Lance is removing them (Thank you!). It's bad enough that the house (and EVERY house) is stucco.
Soooooo, imagine no metal pieces and accent paint on the front. K.... thanks.
This pic shows the main front room (about half of the 32 feet)... the dining room chandelier is also leaving the premises and will be replaced with a regular light/ceiling fan (or twirly bird as my mother calls them). This is a pic of one of three sliders leading to the covered back patio area... where we will dine on our Christmas dinner, since it will probably still be 75 degrees then. :o)
This is the family room attached to the kitchen/dining area. Please ignore the previous owner's stuff... We don't have a TV even half that nice and the walls are yellow NOT greenish like they appear in this pic. It's actually a large space... her HUGE furniture kinda distorts the view.

It only shows the middle portion of the space...
It doesn't even show the counters continuing on down the back wall.
It doesn't show the DOUBLE oven and fridge area...
it doesn't show the pantry...
it doesn't show all the super deep awesomely HUGE drawers and pull-out cabs...
it doesn't show the BEE-U-TI-FUL counter tops.
I will upload pics that capture the kitchen better...
this may take me a few days.
But until then...
enjoy it,
sorta.

I still like the crosses!
It looks awesome and so much open space.
Congratulations!!! We're so excited for you!!
Yay!! How exciting, it is beautiful and the kitchen looks like some yummy cookies with lots of kids around need to be made.
Gorgeous home Stephanie. One level is a huge bonus especially in vegas. You will save a TON on electrical costs.
I agree with you that the crosses need to go. It just doesn't match the look of the home at all. Maybe some flower boxes or something instead by the door? We would love to come see you guys once you are settled in. Congrats again!
The house looks amazing! So glad you were finally able to find one - w/o it being snatched out from under you (dumb cash buyers). We'll be looking forward to more picts... Congrats!
